What services do we provide?

Referral process

Clinic hours

The clinic hours are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (closed on holidays)

We strive to provide comprehensive assessments to our patients. As a teaching hospital, we also have a large team consisting of medical students, residents, and fellows. Please allow approximately 1-2 hours for your appointment

Urgent referrals

The clinics are not for emergencies. If your child needs to be seen urgently, please contact your family doctor or go to your local emergency department.

Changing your appointment

To help keep our waitlists shorter, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your child's appointment or cancel the appointment. Please note that a "No Show" to our clinic will result in the child being re-booked for the next available appointment. Two "No Shows" may require a new referral.

If your child has a communicable disease such as Chicken Pox or has been in contact with someone with Chicken Pox, please call the clinic before you come to the hospital.

What should you bring to the clinic?

Interdisciplinary team

Also accessible via referral to our service: a Physiotherapist, Social Worker, Child Life Specialist, and a Registered Dietician

Our philosophy

Our philosophy is family-centered care. We strive to provide the best care possible

Quality control

Each six months we survey families to ask your perceptions of care
