About the Collaborative
The MCHRC fosters collaborative research by supporting a group of internationally recognized child health research programs under a common goal of improving the lives of children. These groups bring significant research expertise in such areas as child and youth mental health, childhood disability and the surgical care of children to name just a few.
Together, the MCHRC and its partners ask new questions, explore new issues and shed new light on challenges that our children face everyday. The MCHRC supports a fresh and innovative perspective to child and youth health that will have impact here at home and across the globe.
The MCHRC supports research groups, programs and individuals by providing not only research funding support but opportunities for true collaborative partnerships.
The strength of the MCHRC is not in it's structure but is in the individuals that are addressing the important research questions of our day.
